My training is focused on getting mid-aged females moving again, with simple, everyday movements, to gain confidence, create healthy habits that last a lifetime, and ultimately feel and look better.
I'm here to guide and support you into taking ACTION, to have you being the Boss of your Body, with a safe, effective, bespoke personal training program, designed for you, set at a level and pace that YOU CAN achieve, and to fit your lifestyle.
With group training (both virtual and in-person*), online personal training via a super easy-to-use mobile app, and hybrid personal training (comes with an online app and 1-2-1 virtual or in-person training sessions) there is an option that fits with your lifestyle, availability, and budget.
There is no need to travel, no gym membership or equipment required, no feeling awkward in front of others, just simple, effective sessions set to progress at a level and pace that you can achieve, and at a schedule that works for you.

Throughout my training, she was supportive and kind and planned great running sessions to ensure I could reach the fitness to finish on the day. GREAT ONLINE PROGRAMMING
I've worked with Lyndall for online programming (strength and conditioning). Her programmes are great - varied and effective - and always take into account my goals and requests.
When I started seeing a physio for an old injury, Lyndall incorporated my rehab exercises into my programming, which expedited my recovery.

Training with Lyndall is excellent. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I am a busy, single mum who works full time whilst helping care for my parents, so finding time to exercise over the past few years has been challenging.
I was lucky enough to find Lyndall and joined with hesitation that I wouldn't be fit enough, or it would be hard because I didn't know anyone. There was nothing to worry about!
I have several nagging injuries that I also used for many years as a reason not to move enough!! She was great and gave me alternatives and understood my nerves.
After a few weeks of sessions I felt so much fitter and confident and looked forward to the group sessions and seeing the rest of the lovely ladies that train with Lyndall.

I signed up for the 3-month programme to get body fit again! I found Lyndall very informative and easy to chat with on planning to get back into my fitness.
The fitness app is easy to access and use; it also has many great functions to get you active and thinking about your habits to change.
We had the option of Zoom classes, in-person sessions and on-demand videos, which was great for fitting in a session when required.

FRIENDLY FITNESS COACH THAT MAKES YOU FEEL YOU CAN DO IT
I was introduced to Lyndall by a friend during the darkest days of lockdown. For those of us working at home, her morning classes give a structure to the start of the day - and a boost for the rest of it. The sessions set a consistent standard yet are varied. FANTASTIC PERSONAL TRAINER - MOTIVATING AND HELPFUL
Lyndall is a fantastic trainer. As a 50+ woman who had not used a PT before, I found her really motivating and helpful, leading the sessions with humour.
The self-directed routines via the app are also really good if you miss a class. Lyndall helps you to work out your goals and is always encouraging. She will push you to do your best and makes it achievable. She's also worked out a program that I've used on the fixed weights at the gym, helping me feel more confident there.

I started working with Lyndall over a year ago and I have thoroughly enjoyed the training we have done together. In a personal trainer you expect a motivator but Lyndall was also very adept at keeping things fresh, finding new exercises and motivations through challenges and competitions which I always did my best to rise to! FAB GROUP CLASSES
Just wanted to recommend these classes to anyone considering them! I'm loving the group classes with Lyndall - I feel like I've really improved from my first class of not being able to hold an elbow plank for more than 2 seconds...
She's great at helping you improve without being pushy or aggressive, which is what I thought this kind of thing would be like.
It's good fun with the others in the group (moaning when it's time to attempt burpees) and Lyndall does a varied programme each week that changes and so stays interesting while building up over time. (And social distancing is taken seriously for anyone worried about that)
If you're thinking of considering it cos running alone is a bit boring and lots of other things are off limits at the mo then go for it (the first class is free!). - Rose S (Oct 20)
DO AT HOME PERSONALISED SESSIONS ON MY MOBILE - HYBRID WORKS.
I love that I can do the workouts at home, with sessions built around the gear I have, customised to meet my goals, and the flexibility of getting them done when it suits me - in my lunch break, mid afternoon between meetings, or in the evening. I’m really enjoying getting back to exercise and Lyndall is a great trainer. I'm a busy 40+ career female, with a stressful job, long hours & busy social life. To keep me on track, I have a customised hybrid program with in-person sessions (it's so great she comes to me house) supported with additional online workouts. The app is easy to use, and I get the reminders I need, to do my sessions.
Lyndall knows what works best and how to get the best out of me. She also demonstrates exercises really well and talks through WHY we're doing certain exercises and sessions. She mixes it up with cardio, abs, weights, boxing, so I don't lose interest - something I've been prone to before. Due to her varied workouts, encouragement, continued support and training expertise, I'm feeling stronger already. I have lost weight and can see myself changing shape.
